- Who bears the return costs in the event of a cancellation?
The return shipment (incl. costs) will be borne by the buyer.
Our small packages can be sent back to the post office as a consignment or as a parcel/parcel.
- Can I get a refund for the return shipping costs?
Yes*, if you use the service once with PayPal before ordering "Free returns" activated and the order was paid in full with PayPal, you can have the return costs reimbursed by PayPal.

- Do I need a return label?
The return is carried out by the buyer, so no return label is necessary.
